Minutemen plumbing were great. Was able to get them booked for appt quickly. Mike and Dylan came to repair a toilet, and washer/dryer water hook-up that was corroded. Everything was explained, fixed and cleaned up. They made sure I had what I needed (hoses) etc for when new washer was going to be delivered. Very happy with my experience.

I called Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and from the very first phone call I knew I was in good hands. The person who answered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely understood how stressful the situation was. They got me scheduled immediately.

Joe and Mario arrived promptly, were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to replace my water heater. Within just a few hours, everything was installed, cleaned up, and I had hot water again.

This company is extremely professional and did fantastic work! After calling many HVAC companies and struggling to get someone to come out we finally landed on this company!! Jake the Project Manager came right out and gave us the quote same day. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions making sure we understood everything! Jake came out on a Friday afternoon and the install was completed by Tuesday. Ryan and his crew did a great job installing our new central ac system. The crew was very respectful, clean and did quality work. I will recommend them to anyone in need!

We had a wonderful experience with Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Our old toilet was 40+ years old, and when it started to leak, we called Minuteman. They walked me through how to shut off the water while on the phone, so it wouldn’t leak anymore. Then they gave me several different options for replacement, and recommended I visit a local showroom so I could be sure which make, model, and height I liked best. Once I picked out the Kohler toilet, the plumber arrived promptly and brought it with him. He installed it in about an hour, and he left the bathroom cleaner that it was when he arrived! The toilet works great, and I highly recommend Minuteman to anyone on the South Shore who is looking for a trustworthy, reliable, courteous, and friendly plumber!

We are extremely pleased with the customer service and with the plumbing/ heating technical knowledge and repair and new installation skills of the Minuteman Team. They all interacted with us in a professional, yet friendly, manner after we called them, for the first time, during our recent gas boiler emergency in the midst of frigid weather.
In particular, we appreciated the abilities and concern for our safety of Kam, the very knowledgeable and determined licensed technician who managed to restart our old boiler after another company’s efforts failed, during a blizzard!
Then, within a few days, an installation team, comprised of Kam, the licensed technician, Aaron, a Master Plumber and Alex, a Certified Installer, replaced our old boiler with a new, high efficiency boiler. As the configuration and design options were complex, we relied on Aaron for clear, comprehensive information and consultation to us and Alex and Aaron and Kam for the mechanics of the installation.
Aaron followed up the next day to be sure all was well.
We have decided to reach out to Minuteman Plumbing and Heating for all of our future plumbing and heating needs.
